Our History
Built in the 1970s, our venue began as a lively gathering place for the community, where friends met after work, families shared meals, and celebrations filled the room with laughter. Back then, the walls were lined with rich wood paneling, and the hall was arranged with cozy booths and folding chairs, serving as a beloved local restaurant and bar.
Our Humble Beginnings
After hosting a family wedding on the property, Carl Doseck was inspired to create something truly special: an all-inclusive wedding venue where couples could focus on celebrating rather than stressing over details. What began as a dream quickly turned into years of renovations, late nights, and countless hours of hands-on work.
While still working a full-time job, Carl, alongside his wife Karla and the support of many dedicated friends and family members, thoughtfully transformed the space into a warm, welcoming, and highly sought-after wedding destination. Every improvement was guided by one simple vision — to give couples the least amount of work and the most amount of joy on their big day.
Our Next Chapter
When Carl retired just as the world was facing the uncertainty of the pandemic, a new chapter began for our family and our venue. In the midst of challenges that reshaped the wedding industry, we were reminded why this place was created in the first place, to bring people together in meaningful, joyful ways.
After graduating from college, Taylor felt a calling to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps. Having grown up watching the dedication, heart, and hard work that built this venue, she developed a deep love for helping couples celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.
Stepping into leadership during such an unprecedented time required resilience, creativity, and faith. Taylor embraced the opportunity with fresh ideas while honoring the foundation Carl worked so hard to create. With a shared commitment to making event planning simple and stress-free, she continues the family tradition of serving clients with care, passion, and attention to every detail.
